Hubert Van Puyenbroeck

Bert Van Puyenbroeck (°Brasschaat, 1973) received his master’s degree in Educational Sciences/Orthopedagogy in 1998 (KULeuven) and worked for several years in the field of youth care and family preservation services, both as a clinical worker and as a staff member for the Flemish government.

He holds a phd in Psychological Sciences (VUB, 2014) and is a certified family therapist (KULeuven, 2014) and sexologist (UGent, 2016). As part time post-doctoral researcher he works as a methodologist within a Flemish interuniversity network (Flanders Network on Methodology and Statistics, FLAMES), providing training on qualitative research methodology and methods for young researchers.

His field of research, publications and lectures, is situated in the context of human sexuality and family relationships.
